At Barrels and Arrows, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Please review our return policy below.

Firearms

• All firearm sales are final once transferred to the customer.
• Please inspect your firearm at the FFL prior to transfer. If a defect is discovered, do not complete the transfer and have the FFL return the firearm to us.

Optics & Non-Firearm Items

• Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging.
• Returns will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% to cover inspection, handling, and processing costs.
• If shipping fees were charged on your order, they are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item.

Manufacturer Warranties

• All new products are covered solely by the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable.
• Warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. However, if you need assistance contacting a manufacturer or filing a warranty claim, our team will be happy to help point you in the right direction.

How to Start a Return

• To begin a return, please contact us at shop@barrelsandarrows.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending back any items. This ensures we can track your return and process it quickly

Limitation of Liability

• Barrels and Arrows is not liable for damages arising from the use or misuse of products purchased through our website.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside of our control, including carrier delays, supply chain issues, or regulatory restrictions.

Intellectual Property

• All content on this site, including logos, images, text, and design, is the property of Barrels and Arrows and may not be used without permission.

Governing Law

• These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts of Minnesota
